Rest assured that the initial ranking numbers (also known as “random lottery numbers”) have not changed. The Final Ranking number is subject to change after preferences are re-underwritten.
Note: You will not have a ranking number if you entered the drawing after the drawing entry deadline. You may be considered as a backup applicant if needed.
The File Submission Deadline is 8/5/2025 5:00pm. First HouseKeys will review program eligibility before an applicant can proceed with the Property Tenant Screening.
If you miss the Drawing Entry Deadline, you may still enter the drawing and be added to the backup applicant list.

City Preferences
Applicants must select the City Preferences and submit proof they meet them by the Drawing Entry Deadline. The Final Ranking number is subject to change after preferences are verified. Applicants cannot adjust their City Preference Tiers/Points after the Drawing Entry Deadline. Preference Tiers/Point adjustments or corrections by the applicant after the Drawing Entry Deadline will not be considered. The Preference will be invalidated if supporting documents are not submitted on time or if insufficient proof is submitted.
